Belza Préfa specialises in precast concrete for the construction industry: structures, drainage and civil works. The company designs both standard and custom elements — beams, precast slabs, kerbs, pipes — that shorten site schedules and guarantee consistent industrial quality.
From trading to the plant
Belza Préfa was founded in 2010, two years after the group’s first aggregate mine, and marked the start of its trading activity. The first plant opened in 2012.
Standard and made to measure
The catalogue covers everyday building and road-work requirements. Anything outside it is designed to order, with support from the design office.

Belza Préfa delivers across the whole of Morocco, within 24 to 72 hours depending on area and availability. Haulage is handled by Belza Logistics, the group’s transport subsidiary.

Structure
The load-bearing elements of the building, cast in the plant then lifted and assembled on site.
- Beams
- Horizontal load-bearing element. It takes the loads of a floor or roof and carries them to the columns.
- Joists
- Load-bearing floor element. Laid across the span, it receives the hollow blocks and then the compression slab poured over them.
- Precast slabs
- Thin precast slab that acts both as formwork and as the lower reinforcement of the floor cast on site.
- Hollow blocks
- Infill element laid between two joists. It closes the floor and lightens it.
- Columns
- Vertical load-bearing element. It carries the loads taken by the beams down to the foundations.
- Wall panels
- Vertical load-bearing or facade panel, delivered ready to lift.
- Concrete blocks
- Masonry blocks laid as load-bearing or infill walls. The basis of the structural works.
Drainage
Buried networks — water disposal and cable runs.
- Pipes
- Buried conduit for foul or surface water disposal.
- Culverts
- Large-diameter conduit for crossings: carrying water under a road or an embankment.
- Inspection chambers
- Access structure for the buried network. It allows inspection and clearing between two sections.
- Cable draw chambers
- Buried structure on the dry network. Cables are drawn and jointed there without reopening the trench.
Roads and services
The road and its surroundings, from the carriageway edge to the footway.
- Kerbs
- It separates carriageway from footway and holds the road layers laterally.
- Gutters
- It collects run-off along the carriageway and carries it to the network.
- Paving slabs
- Surfacing slab for footways, terraces and pedestrian routes.
- Interlocking pavers
- A paver whose shape locks into its neighbours: the surface holds without binder, and is repaired one paver at a time.
